EDIT 2: Okay, well I came in, did the whole guide and now I have an Amazon Partner Network account. But not an AWS account so I have no idea how to start an instance.

Starting tho think that I'm either missing a big piece here or this method is incorrect/incomplete.

They msg you to tell you if its accepted it usually takes a few days
