Best page for cheap proxies?

I have been testing for a week this page of payment proxies and I liked it very much, I have come to get 4k CPM with a bad terminal.
It works with netflix gift cards.

@Funly 1st of all it's a wrong section. 2ndly I use proxyrack/fineproxy the best for me.

And yes, those pages are better but also more expensive, I'm putting a page for people with few resources and I think it's good for the price it has.
