Step 2: Login to each account and go to the settings 
Step 3: Change the premium plan to Premium for Family
Step 4: Enter your CC Details
Step 5: Go to Google Home Mini Promotion page, reserve it and use it. 
Step 6: Profit?
Step 7: Cancel family and remove cc
Step 8: GG
